I found this weird bug and when it occurs, your spinning axe disappears. I believe that this bug appears when you auto attack exactly when you catch an axe though I'm not sure, it happens from time to time and it's annoying to lose an axe just like that and it's more frustrating to lose an axe in a fight

I don't have a video that I recorded myself but I've seen it at this guy and it seems that it's happening when you cancel an auto, though I think that for me I lost my axe more times while auto attacking and catching an axe at the same time https://youtu.be/y3k4rr3CfRA 2:25
