Bug in picking champ in champion select

I was playing ranked, and i wanted to pick another champion, I couldn't lock it in. I couldn't lock my previous champ in, but I still was in champ select for a good few seconds. I even talked in the chat. Please FIX THIS, I almost died inside.

LIke this is a problem I can't handle for real.

Yup just happened too me.. I even closed out and re-logged and I'm sitting at home screen, not in the champion select since I was last pick thankfully. Gotta love doing ranked and getting a 30 minute dodge penalty, thanks Riot for the great client issues as of late.
