Blackscreen When Trying to Browse Store

I have seen some other summoners have this problem as well but since last night (0200 7 May 2015) every time I click on the browse store icon in the top right of the opening screen it keeps going black and a red icon in the top left saying that I have been disconnected from the PvP server. I restarted my computer a few times and League of Legends multiple times and the problem has not been solved. I have played both bot games and PvP games and didn't have nay problems so I am sure my internet connection is fine but for some reason I am unable to just go to the Store.

Edit: Thank you all for your help and support. This morning (9 May 2015) everything was back to normal. Thank you Riot for your help.

Yes... however I don't get any red or connection status issue... only a black screen. Also if you go to champion pages themselves the cost to buy them/skins is ???.

Plz fix b4 the sale is over:)

We're aware of this issue and we're looking into it. I don't have an eta at the moment for a fix, but we will update once we have a better target.

Somewhat unrelated, but I saw a couple of comments regarding a disconnected from pvp.net in addition to the blank store page. If you're experiencing disconnects from pvp.net, this support page should assist you: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/204785590-05-07-2015-We-are-currently-aware-of-connection-issues-to-PvP-net

I don't think it will resolve the blank page issue, but it should help out the disconnect problem.

I'm having the same problem - I've enabled the TSL/SSL options, resynched my clock, reinstalled LOL, reset IE settings, lowered privacy settings, made sure cookies were enabled, made sure IE isn't in offline mode, and a dozen other things suggested in various forums and on LOL's sites. Nothing's resolving the issue. Please fix this so I can give you money.

P.S. Last night (Maybe 14-16 hours ago) lowering the privacy settings got the store to work temporarily, but it's just back to black again now so I'm not sure if that helped at all. Having the same problem on my other computer, too.

Same issue here, started happening after the emergency server maintenance the other night. Hope we get a fix soon, really wanted to spend my IP and RP before playing tonight... item 3070

Exact same problem here, was unable to see the store since yesterday (black screen) and unable to connect to chat since this morning.

I have the same problem but whenever I get black screen I give it a couple sec. and then store opens w/o any problem.

I have experienced this before, and it was by far the worst bug ever. IIRC I had to wait a whole patch for it to be fixed. If you want something that's on sale rn, send in a support ticket and they will give it to you.

Same problem here... Looks like it tries to load for a split second and then just black screen. Changed dns, checked IE settings, everything I could find. Is this possibly a windows 8.1 problem? My friend using my old laptop can load the store just fine... whats the deal?

My problem with the black screen was fix momentarily, but it returned the next day and now my game not loading :( i'm currently re installing the game but all the following problem surface when i downloaded patch 5.8, please help Riot.

same problem since the servers went offline two days go i have not been able to connect to the store (i get the black screen) on either of the two computers i tried it and this morning i am unable to connect to the chat . I have tried all the troubleshooting methods and even re installed league twice but to no avail really hope I can get a solution to this really hope they can fix this soon an even better if they can do this before the sale ends
