Diana Q>R Bug (Video Inside)

This is a frustrating bug I've encountered several times. Basically, there is a bug with Diana's Q>R combo that causes R to apply damage and consume the Q debuff, but does not allow Diana to jump to the intended target.

It's not very common, I only see it happen about once in every 10 games.
