Syndra ultimate bug [Gameplay}

When ever Syndra uses her ultimate, she undergoes what looks like invisible unit collision, he movement feels like you are walking through a wave of minions right as your use your ultimate, its incredibly frustrating and happens pretty much every time I use my ultimate. this has been going on for a very long time, atleast 4-5 patches.
