Fix the game

I constantly get a black screen when loading into games and it forces me to fully restart my computer since I'm unable to alt tab out of the game and I never load into the game without restarting. It causes me to just lose LP when its not even my fault, pretty aggravating, was wondering if anyone at riot was working on a fix or if they just want us to continue to lose LP for no reason.

Also sometimes it just freezes on the load screen and I can see everyones champs but its the same as the black screen, unable to alt tab and never load in forcing me to restart computer fully. Many of my friends who play have the same problem so I know it's not just my computer.
