Velkoz Lagging in game bug

I was playing the Twisted Tree Line in ranked flex mode. I have around 120-150fps whit 40ms and all my spels were late or apeard only after casting and for example q i see it only after it went to full length. E did not apear just trowed up the enemy. I lost the game because of this lag. SOooo quite unhappy.
