Failed Janna Tribute Triggers
Janna tribute triggers are not operating correctly. In the attached video, You can clearly see that I have 3 available tribute and I hit Ezreal with a tornado, and 3 melee attacks, all of which do not proc tribute.

V10.5 NEW EFFECT: Now requires an ally champion (alive or dead) within 2000 units in order to trigger Tribute.
