Great orb no skin

I got enough tickets to get 1 great orb and once I opened it all it contained was another great orb. From the videos I have seen if you pull a great orb you are supposed to get a skin but I didnt get a skin with my great orb.

The same thing occurs with the Mega orb, I got another Mega Orb and no Legacy Skin even though it says it guarantees a Legacy Skin
