[Client] Summoner Spells bug while in champion select

The first ''problem'' is that whenever i join champion select.my client prepicks for me cleanse and exhaust and i just have to keep changing them every single time. The other problem is that whenever i join a custom game.client aswell prepicks me cleanse and exhaust(or snowball in aram),but this time,whenever i go and change them to the spells i want,it won't let me as it pops up an error. These two problems have been going on for over a year now and i haven't found any way to fix it. (Eune Server)
