Azir EQ Combo Bug [GAMEPLAY}

Used the EQ combo on azir and got a weird lag and couldn't use any of my moves during this lag. Also can see that it is not game lag as the syndra and jarvan both move as normal. Could be a pretty game changing bug in many azir games
