I just got a S- rank on my ranked match and I didn't receive a Mastery Token for my Mastery 7 . Is this a bug or I have to do something else to get the token?

My last game in aram i got S+ on hecarim... and im tier 5 ... did not get a mastery token either!

To get mastery 7 tokens you need to get S and S+.
