Error when crafting mastery 7

I recently got the 3 tokens and 600 blue essence i needed for my mastery 7 jhin, but for some reason when i try to craft my mastery 7 jhin it shows that a error has a occurred and that i should try in a few minutes but it never worked. Fix the error please riot
