[Gameplay] Terrain Glitch and Visual Bug

Hey Riot,

I have been experiencing a visual terrain error after the 5.10 patch. Basically I load up into a game with everything seeming fine, but once I start to play the terrain randomly glitches out. This occurs regardless of where I am or what I am doing when it happens. It also has variability in occurrence, happening as often as 30 seconds at a time or once every few minutes.

The quick fix at the moment is alt tabbing in and out of game which seems to correct the bug temporarily until it occurs again. This has really affected my gameplay experience and I would like your help asap. I play on lowest settings and in full screen mode. I have tried to fix the error by repairing my client, trying out different settings, and relogging to my account but to no avail. I have attached some pictures displaying my problem below.
