Double panth ban

So I'm at a LAN party in my brother's university and we're lagging a little bit. He asked me what he should ban, and w/o looking at the other team's bans i said "panth." so he clicks on it and it goes through. only afterwards did we realize that they had already banned him, resulting in a double ban. Not sure how to reproduce except with lag. It was not intentional.
