None of my hotkeys have worked in 2 days

I love this game, and I really don't want to delete it over a weird glitch/bug, but this is incredibly frustrating.

It's like playing with an arm tied behind your back, and I'm not down to be placed in this uncomfortable position any longer.

I'll try to play one more game today, the last four I've played all had the same issue. I'm unable to utilize any of my hotkeys, and I have to click the skills to use them. Highly frustrating.

Anyone have any advice/tips to solve the problem I'm having?
