Health Pot Bug

I was adc Draven against a Jhin. He had 3 pots and used all 3 because of my poking along with Karma. After the 3 one was supposed to go out and he was supposed to stop regening, he didnt. He kept regening with no pots in his inventory, even when he backed and came back into lane with refillables he kept infinitely regening. Has anyone else seen this bug? If it helps his support was Thresh.
