Crashing when loaded in game.

After champion select, I wait till the progress bar is at 100% so the game starts. When the game does start, I instantly crash and a windows error box pops up saying,"LoL Client is not responding." Wait a bit longer and it will say,"Windows can't find a solution," and then sends me to the reconnect screen. If I try to reconnect, it will get to 10 or 20% before crashing again and sending me back tot he reconnect screen. HELP

Edit: I HAVE completely deleted league and then reinstalled it, still has the same bug.
