[GAMEPLAY] Fizz e disabled

Playing as fizz, my e ability (Playful/Trickster) was disabled for a period of time.

The ability worked as normal for most of the game, but during a midgame teamfight it became disabled. As I was going into the fight, the enemy nautilus and the enemy annie used their hook/root/stun on me all at about the same time (possibly naut ult as well, but I'm not sure), and at the end of the disable I was unable to cast my e. It is likely that I was spamming my e key as the cc hit me, but I don't know for sure.

Later in the game, in a different teamfight, I regained my ability to cast playful. I didn't notice exactly when it happened, but I could cast the ability again sometime near the end of the teamfight, and then it worked normally for the rest of the game.

I didn't keep timestamps for either event, but the teamfight during which I lost my ability happened at around 23:30, and the teamfight during which I regained my ability happened around 27:30. I did try leaving and reconnecting to fix the bug, but that didn't help
