[CLIENT]/[CRASH???] I can't open the launcher

I can't open the laucher for awhile now, and it started to trouble me. I tried to reinstalled it and it only opened a 'repairing' window, make me wait a long time, and it disappeared, which returned to the problem i'm having. Everytime i tries to open it, the logo appears, disappears, nothing happens. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Go into Task Manager and make sure the league client still isn't open in there.
