"Not enough IP" error message while having enough IP [runes]

[CLIENT] Shop says I dont have enough IP to buy certain runes.
While trying to change my runepages and buy some new runes, I stubled upon this bug. I try to buy 9 Greater Seals of Health (7380 IP total), while having 7650 IP. I get the following error message:
"An Error Has Occurred Not enough RP/IP"
