No mystery skin w/ purchase of "definitely not vel koz"

I don't know how long it typically takes to get the free mystery skin, but it hasn't showed up yet. I'd like either a free mystery skin like I was supposed to get, or a refund. I only bought it because I thought I was getting a free skin as well. Thanks for reading.

Definitely Not Vel'Koz isn't a legendary skin. That free mystery skin is only for Legendary skins I believe. Either way, in the store, if they are going to give you a mystery skin there is this little +chest icon in the lower right of the skin icon
