Can we do something with those retarded minions?

After this new summnor's rift map coming out. There are some of problems, such as: minions will bother you after you just killed an enermy down the tower, I mean for serious bothered . And the ping always go high in some points ( teamfight, a lot of AOE skills have used in the same time.)
