Nasty jhin 4th auto bug. Doesn't deal bonus excution damage.

There's a bug that lets jhins 4th auto doesn't deal the extra damage, whenever Rapid Fire Cannon proc is ready, and Hail of Blades is ready, it for some reason lets Jhin cast a normal Auto attack without the bonus dmg, this bug was noticed with the Hail of Blades adjustment 2-3 patches ago. It doesn't happen every single time but it happens often.

Hopefully it's fixed, would love some feedback letting me know it's fixed or it's been noticed.

I'm mainly in Turkish server, it didn't let me post something for some reason.
