Nexus Siege Bug - Mastery Tokens

So i was playing Nexus Siege trying to farm some tokens for my lvl 7 mastery and i noticed that when the game ended i earned a S but not a lvl 7 token. Now i believe this is a bug because when you select the gamemode it clearly shows that you can earn mastery points for a champion.

You can only get mastery 6 and 7 tokens on SR normals and ranked. None of the special gamemodes can give tokens.
