15-9-21 with Garen is A- but 29-11-27 with Xerath is a B? Wtf Riot? Most kills, tied with 2 for least deaths, 2nd most damage to fiddlesticks, and most gold earned. With all due respect, I demand a chest.

Xerath <------------|------------>Garen Different champs, different roles, different expectations.
It's not just KDA. It's farm, KDA, warding, etc compared to other people of similar MMR playing the same exact champ in the same role as you.
Is not a bug. Things like cs and wards etc. are also considered, and you are compared to other players of that champion. Xerath, as a damage mid laner, most likely has a higher average kill count than Garen would, meaning that kill count on Xerath isn't as much of a defining factor of a rank if it is high.
