Stacking Azir Towers On Top of Normal Ones

When Azir was last free, the week of January 19, I was playing him mid and a teamfight was incoming. So when I moused over the tier one tower to click and see how much health it had left a Sun Disc was placed on it with the normal tower still there, while a team fight was approaching. Unfortunately, I have almost no idea how to reproduce this bug and it happened randomly. The link I posted was the match it happened in, at probably between the 20 and 30 minute mark.
