[CLIENT], [GAMEPLAY] In the champion select, I can't choose many of the wards I bought

I have bought many wards with RP in the store, however since patch 6.16 came to the life servers, I can't choose many of the wards I have in the champion selection screen. This happens everytime I play League since patch 6.16 appeared.
