game screen goes black during the game

while i am playing the game the screen goes black and while i can hear the sound of the battle in the game the screen doesnt work and after that even the noise stops coming and i have to manually shut it down. this problem is happening to many players so i request some assistance. furthermore with all this happen i get banned all the time due to this for 20 min. please help :(
