Cant use any abilities unless I reconnect

So lately this has been happening a lot about every other game it happens. My abilities do not work at the beginning of the game and its not my keyboard either its a glitch in the game because once i reconnect my abilities work again. I am so sick of this happening because a lot of times I do not realize it until the minions spawn and I will get caught behind if I close my client. Riot please fix this it happens too many people and its just annoying.
