Fiora Bugs

I just played the "new" Fiora and discovered that i couldn't use my Q twice even it is described in the skill. I tried everything from fast-klicking, after a minion died, without target. But everytime the cd started after the first use. In Addition to this the ult doesn't do any dmg. I have the higher dmg from her passive, but the ult for itself doesn't do any dmg. The description tells it makes up to some amount of %-truedamage. I was really confused of her.
