Same happened to me. I just restarted my computer. It fixed it for me.
As it looks - this don't work for me.
"( DEBUG)[18:16:35.140] RADS::User::PandoManager::start: launching Pando" I thought Pando was supposed to be gone.
Try force repatching, from the logs it looks like its missing files.
Yeah, I already have read the logs. But after a preinstalation I have the same problem. But no problem, I will run a repatching for a 3rd time.
So, no LoL anymore?
