Bug: Ability to View Other Profiles Champions Tab

This is a live client bug that I found on 6/22/16 at around 8 p.m. EST whilst looking through some friends match histories. Normally you cannot view other profiles' Champions tab. The client was a bit slow in loading up the tabs and so I went to a friends match history and it didn't load immediately so I quickly went to my profile and hit my Champions tab. I realized that these champions were not from my account and I connected the champions I was seeing to a friends Champ masteries and they matched. Riot does not allow for people to view others Champions tab, but I am able to view all of my friend's Champions tabs this way. Quick recap; I went to View Friends Profile > Match History > (Quickly before the match history loaded) My Profile > Champions and I was able to view the other profile's Champions including their Champion Masteries. Note the Champions that I did not own were grayed out, but I could still see the other profile's mastery on that champion.
