I keep getting a message that says unknown error, and cannot connect to chat. I have tried to log out and back in, but there was no change the same message just kept popping up. It has been doing this since early this morning making it so I cannot talk to my friends or que with them. How can I fix it?
It's been around since 6.9 launched. We just need to wait for rito to fix it. Doesn't affect gameplay just pops up everytime you join a lobby.
League is working on it! :) Although Chat is not possible at the moment you can still play with friends. Just go into the Arrange team cue then click the invite button on the right hand side below the map info. In Invites, you will have to type the full user name of your friend in the right search bar, then click Invite players. They will be able to accept but remember no one will be able to chat until they have fixed the issue. Hopes this helps a little!
