Minor Twisted Fate Ability Tooltip Bug

I've played TF today and both his W and E tooltips say wrong things.. Example for the red card it says -3000% movement speed for 0 sec. And for E it says gains 1000% attack speed. That's it. Nothing wrong in the game.
