[CLIENT] odd team colored boxes around minions towers and other buildings

All I see are squares around the minions and towers, it would seem that its what is suppose to be the outline when you hover of a minion/tower ex its just horribly bugged and is just a square.

I have this same problem every match. I have a 3D screen on my laptop, and whenever I attempt to play in 2D, I get boxes instead of minions or towers.
