Sona bug passiv/Spell

Hi everyone. Since a few weeks i noticed a bug with sona. When you have the passiv ready auto attacking and spamming in order W E* Q only two spell count for the passif if you look my video it does happen very quickly near 2 ec ( When i spam )

Since i'm from belgium my whole text is red tagged so sorry for my english.

i have the confirmation it's not from DJ sona. I tried it with the classic skin. The bug is quite random and i didn't tried yet if it does happen when you try to land a double passiv W or E. But it seem like the video show it's a bug with the activation of the E. Thanks reading ;)

P.S the video is like 11 sec too long. You don't need to watch all only the beginning.
