Hello, I did a testing in custom game. Wukong's E and R works with 'Deathfire Touch' but his Q doesn't trigger 'Deathfire Touch' at all.
Deathfire Touch description says 'any damaging ability' so Wukong's Q should also trigger this effect. But it's not working right now. Please fix this or give me an explanation if it's not a bug and intended that way.

It's intended.
While Wukong's Q is technically an ability, it applies on-hit effects and functions as an autoattack modifier.
You would have a similar result if you tried Rengar's Q, Gangplank's Q, or Ezreal's Q since they do not count as spells.
Basically, if it doesn't apply the slow from Rylai's Crystal Scepter or the burn from Liandry's Torment, then it won't apply Deathfire Touch.
I just realized as well, i was really hyped for this mastery on wukong domination top, but for me i dont notice the difference in dmg when im using my abilities, most people with 50-ish health at late game not getting burned or anything getting hit by my ult and e :((
