Akali invisible/shroud bug

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aEJDPpotKvE (This shows the akali bug, plus it a video of how people abuse it) But in the new game mode "Definetly not Dominion" I was against an Akali who went to invisible mode w/o her shroud, so does this bug causes us not to see her shroud or she can just go w/o shroud at all?
