[Client] PBE only available region option?

I'm not sure if this is an actual issue or just ignorance on my part, but my patcher only has the option of PBE under region at the moment. I do have a PBE account and previously had a PBE patcher but i'm currently using my usual patcher and only seeing PBE. Is this normal, am I doing something wrong, or should I download a new patcher?

I had this issue and read somewhere that running the client as an administrator fixed the issue. For whatever reason, it worked for me. Worth a shot if you're having the same issue.
