Had this happen to me twice, lost like 15 lp and now I have a 30 mins ban, fun. Anyway I just went in queue and this randomly happened, counter stayed at 0 for a while when someone had to ban, then slowly I started seeing people leave the room, but I was still in the lobby so I had to dodge too.
This problem just happened to me, and I know it has happened to my friends almost every time we try to play together.
This just happened to me about 3:15 PST. Once the other team was at 0 for a few seconds, it showed the Connection timed out message, kicked all of us out with a dodge timer and took -3 LP.
Has happened to me twice in the last three lobbies I have been in. The first time it fixed itself, and I was able to pick a champ and play the game, but the last time I dodged because I didn't lock a champ.
