Anivia Q is bugged and will not aim (on Howling Abyss)

In an aram I happened to get Anivia. Normally I do okay with her, but this time I noticed I couldn't aim with my Q. The little circle (not sure what its called) that dictates where your Q hits/explodes would bug all over the map and would not allow me to aim. If I tried to move it back, the circle for the Q would disappear or move around the end and nothing else. If I tried to move it forward, the circle would fill up my screen and begin to spaz across the map.

I'm not sure what caused it and by the time I noticed that it wasn't me and was actually a bug, the game was over. I've never had this problem before and have yet to test it on other maps. If I do happen to notice it on other maps or it happens again, I will be sure to take a screenshot or video.
