Jhin bugs

i've been having this bug with jhin's W where it'll show a target is rootable, but actually isn't. When it happens, it persists through the whole game. Also, my last game Jhin wouldn't reload from me not firing his last shot. The cd timer would show up, and would refresh back to full cd every time it got around 7 o'clock. This happened every time i got my 4th bullet. no matter how long i waited, he kept his 4th bullet.
