[GAMEPLAY] Jayce bug champions gapclose through shockblast with no damage

When I played Jayce champions were able to dash through my shockblast without receiving dmg, such as poppy's gap closer when i q'd her she was able to go straight through my shock blast without receiving damage.

There are possibly may be other dashes like graves and quinn
