Wrong summoner level on boards website
It says I'm level 8 with my old icon from when I started a couple years ago but I'm level 43. I can't comment on posts or upvote because it says I'm not level 30.

Well, it seems like it updated after I created this post. Problem solved.
Seems like I'm not the only one who experience this issue, a friend tried to comment but like me they couldn't as their level was not updated.
