Cant Move Tab/OpenShop/Exit HELP

So basically in game sometimes when I all chat I send my message in all chat and right after I cant move or open shop, tab or exit. The only way i can fix it is when i exit the game and join back but thats a pain because it frequently happens, someone please help.
