Trundle's Q does not reduce the AD of Red Buff

Trundle's Q reduces the base AD of any monster and champ except redbuff does not get this applied. The 2 little monsters are fine and get the ad reduced but the Red buff still hits with full AD

nor wont it damage towers any more but lets put it on some one with more range mobility damage and true damge
