[GAMEPLAY] Singed does not flip Gnar

I just played through a game as Singed against a Gnar top. I was only able to flip him a couple times. All other times, he just jumped a little where he was and that was it. At first, I thought it was him using his jump at the same time, but then I waited until it was on CD and it still didn't flip him. Also, if I flip him at the beginning of his jump, where ever he is flung to, whether it works as intended or not, if there is a unit there, he will jump on the unit and escape in the opposite direction.
