[Gameplay] [Spells] Nami Ult (and possibly others) - Wrong Casting Direction

Not entirely sure why this happens, but I figured it'd be worth bringing up since it can be pretty gamebreaking when it does occur.

I've been playing Nami for quite a while, and 5 or 6 times in the last week I've noticed my ult has gone completely the wrong direction. Today was the first day I caught it in a recording (well, the second time, except the first time my mouse wasn't showing) so yup, here it is.

My mouse is fidgeting around a bit but it's pretty clear that it remains below my character at all times before/while casting my ult. In this particular case my ult went pretty much the exact opposite direction, though a couple of the other times it just went a random direction rather than straight backwards.

Possibly related, I use quick casting on all my spells. As the video shows, my ping was stable the entire fight, and my FPS was consistently over 100, so I don't think this is due to lag. My ping/FPS have both been stable (typically ~60-70ms ping and 130-144 FPS) every time this has happened so far. This happened before the most recent patch as well, so it wasn't introduced with Patch 6.1 - not sure how long it's been around.

For extra reference, this is the other video where my mouse was hidden - it's not quite as clear, but you can see where I'm clicking the entire time when I cast my ult, and where my bubble lands. Also worth noting that if my mouse had moved to where the ult ended up casting, at least one of the UI tooltips would have popped up (such as skill info, or one of the status icons). Again, ping/FPS both stable. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/guu7vcqr863t720/Bug%20Report%20-%20Nami%20-%20Game%2001-10-2016.mp4

I apologize for the lack of sound, I forgot I had the wrong speakers selected at the time of one of the matches, and the other one had music that I assume shouldn't be posted due to copyrights.

If any other details are needed let me know.

Here's a screencap, if you like. The mouse is on the R icon. http://imgur.com/3otQN2S
