[Client] - patcher

My client keeps freezing 2 seconds in after the >Declare you champion< thing, so it freezes at 28 seconds of the first ban of the game. I have 0 control of my client, everything is frozen, it comes back to normal when the banning phase is over, sometimes 2 picks after, this has been happening for the past 3-4 days and it has made me dodge many games. It is very annoying , anyone know how to fix it? please help!
